JWIG Project Status
JWIG version 1.0: released July 5, 2002
JWIG version 1.1: released February 24, 2003
JWIG version 1.2: released January 7, 2004
We are currently working on the Xact project, which will turn JWIG
into a powerful XML transformation system.
Future plans/ideas:
- new translation from JWIG to Java for improved parsing error messages
- stand-alone Java Web server as alternative to the Apache module
- various improvements of the program analyzer
- rearrange source to hide runwig layer
- XML database for storing XML values consistently
