Upgrading old data to v2.0

The source distribution contains a utility bigwig_convert for converting data in <bigwig> 1.4 format to the new 2.0 format.

As an example, if you have the Counter service running in v1.4 in the directory ~/base/counter (the "base directory") and wish to convert the global data to v2.0 format to the directory ~/bigwig-bin/counter, just run:

  bigwig_convert ~/base/counter ~/bigwig-bin/counter
